I am a registered kinesiologist (kinesiology is the study of human movement) and have worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, dryland coach and in rehabilitation exercise for five years. I hold a certificate in occupational health and safety and have experience in workplace health promotion, ergonomic assessments as well as return to work planning.
