This 45 minute class will focus on the strength of stabilizing muscles and stretching those larger muscle groups that just always seem to be tight. Perfect for those new to fitness, or just need a slower pace.  Just bring your mat and water, and flow through this workout.

Get your heart rate up with this 60 minute workout. Switching between different exercise stations to get a full body workout will get your week off on the right track.  You just need to bring a mat and water. Great for beginners and fitness fanatics alike.  ​

Strong 

Stop counting the reps and move to the beat. This class high intensity class focuses on strength, cardio and plyometrics to get the heart rate up. Move with the music or 45 min, get a great workout and most importantly, have fun!
