MONDAY @ 5:30 pm Strong Circuit Class April 25th to May 16th
30 min Strong class, followed by 30 min of circuit training. 4 class package
Class starts with 30 minutes of STRONG training. Focusing on cardio, followed by 30 minutes of strength training using weights and equipment at stations to get a full body workout.
Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm

You just need to bring a mat and some water!
